The nylon fibers are combined with a thermosetting resin to form a three-dimensional web structure and are available in various grain sizes with an aluminum oxide grain. The result is a resilient abrasive material with an open structure that works very comfortably and gives a uniform and constant finish. The tex material does not affect the geometric shape of the workpieces. Aluminum oxide achieves a good finish with a long service life.
